Exchange Policy

At Wrist Times, we want every customer to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and customer-friendly exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or not working properly.
  • You received a wrong product, wrong model, or wrong color.
  • The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be in unused, original condition with:
    • Original packaging
    • Tags, stickers & protective films
    • All accessories included

2. Non-Exchangeable Products

Exchange will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used, damaged after delivery, or mishandled.
  • Physical damage caused by customer (scratches, broken strap, dents, cracked glass).
  • Discounted / offer special items (unless defective on arrival).
  • No unboxing video available (in case of damage claims).

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To approve any exchange request, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video
  • Video must show:
    • Package opening
    • Full product condition
    • Any defect or issue clearly visible

No exchange will be processed without an unboxing video.

4. Exchange Process

Follow these steps to request an exchange:

Step 1 – Contact Us

Send your exchange request within 48 hours of delivery through:

Include:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Product images/photos
  • Reason for exchange

Step 2 – Review & Approval

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved:

  • We will give you the return pickup instructions
  • Or share the return address to send the product back

Step 3 – Product Verification

Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check to confirm:

  • No damage
  • No wear or usage
  • All accessories & box included

Step 4 – New Product Shipment

After successful verification, we will ship the replacement product within 2–4 working days.

5. Exchange Shipping Charges

  • If the product received is defective or wrong, we cover the exchange shipping cost.
  • If the customer changes their mind, the customer must bear the exchange shipping charges.

6. No Refund Policy

Wrist Times currently offers exchange only.
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

7. Prepaid & Advance Orders

  • β‚Ή100 advance or full prepaid amounts are non-refundable.
  • Exchange can still be processed if there is an issue with the product.
