Shipping Policy

At Wrist Times, we aim to deliver your products quickly and safely.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other locations: 4–7 working days
  • Remote areas: 6–9 working days

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier companies to ensure fast and safe delivery.

4. Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your order anytime through the courier’s website or our tracking page.

5. Incorrect Address

Wrist Times is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer.

6. Delivery Attempt

If the courier cannot deliver due to customer unavailability, they will make up to 3 attempts.
If undelivered, the parcel will be returned, and reshipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged Delivery

If the package appears damaged on delivery, please:

  • Take clear photos & video
  • Do NOT use the product
  • Report within 24 hours to our support email

8. Cash on Delivery (if enabled)

For COD orders, the customer must pay before opening the package.
Open delivery is not allowed unless provided by courier service.
